Location, Location, Location Best and Worst Live

"Personally i think farnborough is a fairly big town and there is a divide between the nice areas and the worse areas. for example, i used to live in southwood which is in farnborough in a 4 bed detached house it was a really nice area, we then moved just of minley road in cove as the houses there were slightly bigger. cove was also a nice pleasant area to live in. i would say the worse area would be places such as totland which is a council estate and also marrowbrook lane backing on to all the council estates there and where the hawley arms pub is which is rubbish!
i think that anyone that lives in farnborough would agree with me.
The better pubs i would say are the snow goose, the new inn and the hungry horse.
the best chinese would be the golden house just opposite tower hill garage.
the best indian would be the cove tandoori just opposite the co op
farnborough also had a new airport which is on the other side of southwood.
the only thing i would say is that the twon centre does need re developing as its rubbish compared to reading and guildford"

"Spent 3 years here as a student, which I loved. It had good rail connections to London, so travelling home was easy at weekends. The University nightlife was great and Colchester has some nice pubs and restaurants; The Lemon Tree; The Hole in the Wall; a great Thai restaurant etc.

The Uni has a great number of international students giving Colchester an exciting and interesting atmosphere.

The nearby village of Wivenhoe is a nice place to relax and unwind. The park surrounding the Castle is super.

However, it does feel a little grey and dull at times. Especially in the winter. The countryside is pretty though. "
